Overview of the Community Care Senior Health Care Plan

Community Care senior health care is proud to offer an affordable new health plan to seniors. The policy, called the Senior Health Plan, is specifically designed for Medicare recipients.

Community Care has arranged a contract with the federal government to offer Medicare services to residents of Oklahoma. This contract is renewed annually, so benefits are not guaranteed for longer than the current year.

The Senior Health Plan encompasses three different types of Medicare Advantage Plans to accommodate seniors' diverse needs. Some of the plans even have no monthly premium for maximum affordability.

The three plans are referred to as silver, platinum, and platinum plus. The first two have no monthly premium but may not include prescription coverage and tend to have higher co-pays.
