Senior Health & Fitness Fair in Louisiana

The Senior Health and Fitness Fair will take place at the Bossier Civic Center in Louisiana on May sixth from 9 AM-3 PM this year. The fair is part of the yearly "Northwest Louisiana Senior Olympics Games" that include athletes from all parts of Louisiana and some adjoining states.

Over sixty agencies, businesses, and other organizations will set up booths at the event to disseminate information about services and products to the elderly, their loved ones, and other guests. There is no admission charge for the event, parking is complimentary, and the participating businesses will be giving away free items all day.

The complimentary event ticket will come with a registration form to enter to win one of several fabulous door prizes. The drawing for the grand door prize will occur at three o'clock for visitors who qualify.

The Fitness Fair will also have live entertainment, complimentary health screenings, and an arts and crafts area for seniors. The Senior Olympic events that will take place throughout the day include bean-bag baseball, throwing contests, darts, and dance league competitions.
